Following strong interest at the recent AULP Conference, SaaSam will be repeating their session as an online webinar, exploring the digital transformation of research contracting at the University of Leeds through the development of ORCA (Online RIS Contracts Agreements).
In this webinar, SaaSam will revisit the conference session and take attendees through how Leeds moved from manual, paper‑based legal matter management to a fully digital system built on the Agiloft platform. They will outline the implementation journey, the design principles behind ORCA, and the practical steps taken to introduce smart forms, automated workflows, and streamlined contracting processes.
