Join us for the AULP Annual Conference 2026, taking place 17–19 June 2026 at the historic University of St Andrews. The conference opens with an evening reception on 17 June, followed by two full days of thought‑provoking sessions, discussion panels and networking opportunities on 18 and 19 June.
This year’s theme, “Beyond Borders,” invites delegates to explore how we move past geographical, organisational and cultural boundaries to strengthen collaboration and innovation across the sector. With contributions from leading voices and a programme designed to inspire fresh thinking, the conference offers a unique opportunity to connect, learn and share perspectives in one of the UK’s most iconic university settings.

Tickets
Tickets are £100 plus VAT. Please note that ticket sales for this event will officially close on 31st May 2026, but may be closed earlier due to high demand.
Tickets include access to both conference days, the welcome evening event, the conference evening event, and the option to secure free on‑site accommodation at the University of St Andrews during booking.
Accommodation
Accommodation at the University of St Andrews is included with conference tickets this year, with a simple opt‑in during booking to secure your room.
Payment
Please note that our preferred method of payment is by card, due to the cost of processing invoices. Please pay by card rather than invoice if you can.
If you are unable to pay by credit card, please proceed with the booking and at the final stage of booking there will be an additional option to ‘pay by invoice’ as well as the option to proceed to payment online. Please then enter a purchase order number and your institutional address for the invoice. Purchase orders should be made out to 'Professional HE Services Limited.' Our accounts team will be notified of your invoice request and will supply you with an invoice to pay. If you do not provide an official PO number we will not be able to process and confirm your booking. All invoices must be paid in full before you can attend the event.
